The Grand View Motel and Cottages are located on the beautiful Saint Margaret's Bay in Nova Scotia, often called Canada's Ocean Playground. You'll find us on Nova Scotia's gorgeous Lighthouse Route, with the expansive Atlantic Ocean just a hop, skip and a jump from our back door — and yours, should you decide to stay with us! We offer great accommodations at reasonable rates, and our central location in Black Point means that you can comfortably sample all that Nova Scotia has to offer.
We believe that Nova Scotia is one of the world’s last best places, filled with a gentle beauty and a quiet spirit that touches the heart easily and often. We have traveled the world, but we chose to live here. We’d like to show you why.
When we bought the Grand View Motel and Cottages in 2002, it was the culmination of a lifelong dream to own and operate a business along Nova Scotia's Atlantic coast. We've spent the last year renovating and enhancing our oceanside property, and we're sure that you'll be impressed by the new Grand View.
